Our Tiger Coffee is grown and harvested in the Aceh province (Gayo Highlands) on the Indonesian island of Sumatra. There it ripens in tropical mixed forests at an altitude of approximately 1,500 meters.

For good reason, Sumatra's inhabitants call it the "Island of (Coffee) Gold." Sumatra is Indonesia's second-largest island and one of the region's largest coffee-growing areas. Our coffee ripens in warm tropical mountain air at elevations over 1,500 meters. The Arabica beans are sun-kissed on the mountain slopes of Aceh and Lake Toba and, after harvest, are dry-processed.
