Our Robusta has it all! The traditional roasting over firewood gives it its smoky character. It captivates with nuances of dark chocolate and a slightly earthy flavor. Its strength makes it ideal for espresso and won't let you down even in the early morning.
We source our Robusta exclusively from the north of Bali, where it grows on volcanic rock at an altitude of 1200 – 1500 meters.

Robusta grows on Balinese volcanic rock and is roasted over firewood. It has a delicate smoky flavor. Its high caffeine content makes it the perfect pick-me-up.
Everything is different in Bali. Unlike Java or Sumatra, coffee was not introduced here by the Dutch. Traders from the neighboring island of Lombok originally brought the coffee plant to Bali. We source both Arabica and Robusta beans exclusively in the north of the island, where they ripen at altitudes of up to 1,700 meters. Thanks to the traditional wet processing, Bali coffee is lighter and stronger than dry coffee.
