MYBALI Coffee
Long pepper, also called Jaborandi pepper , is a rare, exotic rarity grown in the lush regions of Indonesia. It differs from black pepper in its elongated, cone-like shape and its complex, sweet-spicy aroma with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and anise.
This pepper is mainly grown on the islands of Java and Sumatra , where it grows wild or is cultivated on small plantations.
Long peppercorns are perfect for enhancing meat dishes like lamb or game, adding a robust, warm flavor. They also unfold their distinctive aroma in sauces, soups, and braised dishes.

Spices from Indonesia are famous. But their high quality isn't available everywhere. As a long-standing direct trade partner of over 2,000 farmers, we bring the best to the German market.
Numerous spices grow in Indonesia, especially in the former "Spice Islands" of the Moluccas, such as nutmeg (pala) and cloves, as well as ginger (jahe), turmeric (kunyit), galangal (lengkuas), and pepper. Cinnamon, cardamom, and other herbs such as bay leaves, coriander, and tamarind are also cultivated there and characterize Indonesian cuisine.
Not all peppers are created equal. The differences in taste are enormous. There's a reason Indonesia is famous for its spices. Varieties like the original cayenne pepper come from there. We ensure that only the best quality reaches you.
Our products are "Direct Trade." This means we import directly from Indonesia, without intermediaries. Our direct connection to the producers and farmers allows us to guarantee the best working conditions and fair pay.
